creates a mild Indonesian peanut sauce that perfectly complements
tender chicken.
Satay
Chicken
- 1 (1.94-ounce) packet
MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Satay Chicken Seasoning Blend
1 cup water
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cubed
1 onion, thinly sliced
- Combine contents of packet,
water and peanut butter; set aside.
- Heat oil over medium-high
heat in large skillet; add chicken and brown. Add onion; cook
for 2 minutes.
- Add sauce mixture. Bring
to a boil, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until
sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked.
