Chicken Mexican Pizza
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza
crust
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Roasted Garlic (Medium)
8 ounces smoked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread salsa evenly over
pizza crust. Sprinkle chicken over salsa.
- Top pizza with Monterey
Jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes
or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
