
An authentic blend of Thai curry spices
that creates a delicious sauce when mixed with creamy coconut
milk simmered with chicken and vegetables.

Curry Chicken
- 1 (1.05-ounce) packet
MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Thai Curry Chicken Seasoning Blend
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cubed
1 onion, chopped
4 ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
Hot, cooked rice
- Combine contents of packet,
coconut milk and 1 cup water; set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet
over medium-high heat; add chicken and brown. Add onion; cook
for 2 minutes.
- Add sauce mixture and
beans. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce
has thickened and chicken and beans are cooked.
- Serve over rice.
