
Oven roasted turkey breast
with a simple apricot Dijon mustard glaze. This is deliciously
elegant dining with very little effort.

Breast with Apricot Mustard Glaze
- 4 to 6 pounds Honeysuckle
White Turkey Breast
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- In 13 x 9 x 2-inch roasting
pan, place turkey breast on rack.
- Bake uncovered 325°F
(160°C) 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers
170°F to 175°F (80°C) in deepest part of breast.
- In small bowl combine
Dijon mustard and apricot preserves. Brush glaze over breast
during final 15 minutes of cooking.
Makes 10 servings.
