Make something "new" and delicious to eat from your Thanksgiving leftovers!

Turkey Knish

1 1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 large egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped leftover turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients, add salt and pepper.
  2. Lay on a flour board and cut into squares.
  3. Fry in a skillet or bake with butter.
  4. Serve with green beans and almond salad with Italian dressing.

Makes 4 servings.
