Caesar salad dressing combined with taco sauce turn ordinary tacos into a zesty luncheon fare bursting with flavor. Cheese, avocado, corn and green chiles form the basis for these mouth-watering tacos.

Caesar Salad Tacos

10 ounces romaine lettuce, torn
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/3 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup ORTEGA Taco Sauce
12 ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed
2 cups diced tomato
  1. Combine lettuce, 1 cup of the cheese, avocado, chiles, beans and corn in a large bowl.
  2. Combine dressing and taco sauce in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over lettuce mixture; toss well to coat.
  3. Fill each taco shell with salad mixture; top with remaining cheese and tomatoes.
