Orange & Onion Salad

No recipe image available.This salad's surprisingly good combination of flavors complements a variety of meals.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 large navel oranges, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Alternate orange slices and onion slices attractiively in serving dish.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients well and drizzle over salad. Serve immediately, on a bed of salad greens, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
