Oui (yes), this is a favorite ham sandwich
with Dijon mustard on rye. Serve with orange sections.

Favorite Ham Sandwich
- 6 slices (6 ounces) ham,
sliced thin
4 slices rye bread
2 slices (2 ounces) reduced-fat Swiss cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- Layer ham on two slices
of bread; top with cheese. Spread Dijon mustard on the remaining
bread slices; place on top of cheese. Cut each sandwich in half
and serve.
Serves 2.
