Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced
green chiles
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise dressing or fat free mayonnaise
dressing
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 bagels or English muffins, split and toasted
- Combine chiles, eggs,
mayonnaise dressing, green onion and hot pepper sauce in medium
bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Spread egg salad on toasted
bagels or English muffins.
