Barbecue Sauce
- 1 bottle ORTEGA Taco Sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- Combine taco sauce, brown
sugar, instant coffee and onion in medium saucepan. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Cool slightly;
store tightly covered in refrigerator.
Makes 2 cups.
Microwave Method: Combine
taco sauce, brown sugar, instant coffee and onion in medium,
microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 2 to
3 minutes, stirring every minute. Cool slightly; store tightly
covered in refrigerator.
