Spicy Honey Shrimp

1 1/2 pounds Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup pineapple, diced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
2 tablespoons fresh Florida lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Florida honey
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well to coat. Chill for 2 hours
- Drain and place on broiler pan. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning as needed for even cooking, until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.
