This is a great side dish. Try it the next
time you have guests.
Peppered
Broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
6 cups broccoli florets
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Heat olive oil in large,
nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and crushed
red pepper; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli and bell pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables
are crisp-tender. Season with salt and black pepper.
