Potato Tomato Casserole

2 (11.5-ounce) packages STOUFFER'S® Potatoes au Gratin, defrosted, according to package directions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine potatoes au gratin, sour cream and green onions in 1½-quart baking dish. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Makes 4 servings.
