Potatoes Con Queso

1 (40-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Family Style Favorites Scalloped Potatoes, defrosted*
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine potatoes, cheese, tomato, corn, chilies and cumin together in large bowl; pour in 1 ½ quart baking dish. Top with tortilla chips
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 8 servings.

*To defrost cut film to vent. Microwave on HIGH power for 15 to 17 minutes.
