A mixture of dry onion
soup mix and sour cream is combined with chopped broccoli and
layered in a casserole dish with shredded Swiss cheese and baked.

Broccoli Casserole
- 2 (10-ounce) packages
frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese
- Cook broccoli according to package directions;
drain.
- Combine sour cream and onion soup mix.
Mix drained broccoli with sour cream mixture.
- Put half of mixture in a casserole dish;
top with half of Swiss cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15 minutes
or until hot and bubbly.
