Quick and easy, micro-cooked bouillabaisse.

Microwave Bouillabaisse

3 cups water
1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 pound cod, diced
12 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pound crabmeat
  1. In a microwave-safe dish, heat water to boiling, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, chopped onion, crushed garlic clove, dried parsley, salt, lemon juice, curry, and pepper. Place on top diced cod, cleaned shrimp, and crab. Cover and microwave for 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
