Sparkling Berry Punch
A sparkling lemon, raspberry and cranberry punch with whole raspberries afloat for garnish.
2 (8-ounce) cans frozen raspberry concentrate
1 (12-ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 (12-ounce) cans ginger ale
2 (12-ounce) cans club soda
- Combine raspberry concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and lemon juice in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Let stand until thawed; mix well.
- Add frozen raspberries; do not stir. Chill until serving time.
- To serve: Add ginger ale and club soda; mix well. Serve over ice.
Makes 32 (1/2 cup) servings.
