Pumpkin Pie Sundaes
Start with a prepared pumpkin pie and end with a autumn-inspired holiday sundae, complete with ice cream, chocolate chips, candied pecans and whipped cream.
1 (9-inch) prepared pumpkin pie
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Sweetened whipped cream or non-dairy topping
24 candied pecan halves
1 cup regular or miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- Crumble pumpkin pie into large mixing bowl. Gently stir to just combine pie filling and crust.
- For each sundae, place 2 scoops pie mixture in a dessert dish. Top with 1 scoop ice cream, whipped cream, 3 pecan halves and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
