Easy Beef & Macaroni Skillet
Super easy, all-in-one ground beef and elbow macaroni skillet supper with bell pepper, corn, olives and cheddar cheese.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 (7-ounce) can corn kernels, drained
1 (2.25-ounce) can slice olives
3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- In large skillet brown ground beef and drain.
- Stir in soup mix, water, tomato sauce, green pepper, corn, olives and uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 18 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Remove from heat. Top with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese has melted. Serve hot.
