Easy Pasta Casserole
All that's needed is a few ingredients and your family can eat Italian tonight.
2 1/2 cups dried penne pasta, prepared according to package directions, drained
1 pound lean ground beef
2 (15-ounce) containers BUITONI® Garden Vegetable Sauce
1/3 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese - divided use
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through; drain. Stir in pasta, sauce and half of Parmesan cheese. Spoon into ungreased 12 x 7 1/2-inch (2-quart rectangular) baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
