Blueberry and Tortellini Fruit Salad

No recipe image available.A refreshing fruit and three cheese tortellini salad with blueberries, strawberries, green grapes and sliced almonds tossed with poppy seed dressing.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (9-ounce) package three cheese tortellini pasta*

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
3/4 cup green grapes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup bottled poppy seed dressing

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, add pasta and salad ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly; refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings.

*Three cheese tortellini pasta can be found in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.

Tip: Various other fruits such as bananas, peaches, apples, and oranges may be used as desired.
