Chicken Pecan Salad

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
6 ounces cooked and cubed chicken breast or turkey
1 cup diced celery
4 apples, diced
1 cup chopped pecans
- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add all ingredients, except pecans, and mix well.
- Hollow out avocado and serve salad inside; or serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with avocado.
- Top with pecans.
