Kiwifruit-Grapefruit Salad

No recipe image available.The simple yogurt-lime dressing with honey tops off this colorful and healthy fruit salad perfectly.

Recipe Ingredients:

Yogurt-Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel

3 (about 3 ounces each) California kiwifruit, pared and sliced
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

Cooking Directions:

  1. For Yogurt-Lime Dressing: Combine yogurt with honey and lime peel; mix well. Chill until ready to use. Makes about 1/4 cup.
  2. For Salad: Arrange fruit on platter; sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Yogurt-Lime Dressing.

Makes 2 servings. (Increase servings as needed.)
