Orange Cream Fruit Salad
A refreshing salad loaded with fruit in a delightful orange cream dressing.
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, trained
1 (16-ounce) can peach slices, drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange slices
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 medium apple, cored and sliced
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in sour cream.
- In a large salad bowl, combine fruits. Gently fold in orange dressing. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
