Ortega Apple and Green Chile Salad
A spicy slant on an old favorite, this Waldorf-style salad is sure to be a taste-bud tantalizer.
2 medium red and green apples, cored and chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/3 cup prepared ranch-style salad dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Combine apples, celery, nuts, chiles, salad dressing and mayonnaise in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve over lettuce leaves.
