Southern-style slaw with collard greens.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
6 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
4 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
4 large collard green leaves, thinly sliced
6 scallions (green onions), thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, minced
- To a large bowl add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in green and red, cabbage, collard greens, scallions, and jalapeño.
- Let the flavors marinate for an hour before serving.
