Simple Citrus Fruit Salad

Recipe Ingredients:

1 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
2 Texas oranges, sectioned
1 small pineapple, cut into chunks
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, cut into chunks
1 pear, peeled and cut into chunks
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine brown sugar, packed and grapefruit juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add all fruit and toss gently to combine thoroughly.
  3. Let sit covered at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
