Turkey & Tortellini Salad
Cheese tortellini with turkey and salad greens tossed with Italian dressing and garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
6 cups salad greens, pre-washed
3 cups cooked Honeysuckle White Turkey, chopped
1/2 cup low fat Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cracked black pepper to taste
- Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package, let cool slightly in colander.
- Mix tortellini, greens, turkey and dressing; top with Parmesan cheese and cracked pepper to serve.
