Vegetarian Summer Pasta Salad
This cool and refreshing three cheese tortellini and veggie salad is quick, easy and delicious.
1 (20-ounce) package BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini, prepared according to package directions
1 (16-ounce) package frozen Florentine-style vegetables, cooked according to package directions, cooled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup light ranch dressing
- Combine pasta, vegetables, cranberries and dressing in large serving bowl; toss gently. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
