Family Favorite Turkey Salad
Serve on hearty sub rolls with your favorite soup for a quick and nutritious dinner. Great for using leftover turkey.
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 apple, cored and peeled or unpeeled, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl, cover and chill well.
- Serve as a sandwich spread on your favorite bread, or mound atop mixed salad greens for a simple entrée salad.
