Southwestern Roast Turkey Wrap
Add some spice to your leftover turkey in this Southwestern inspired sandwich wrap.
1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 slices (1/4 inch thick) leftover cooked turkey, cut into strips
2 slices Butterball® Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon
2 slices pepper Jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
3 tablespoons chunky home-style salsa
- Spread center of tortilla with mayonnaise.
- Top with strips of turkey, cooked turkey bacon, cheese, lettuce and salsa. Roll tightly.
- Cut diagonally to serve.
Makes 1 serving. (Increase recipe as needed.)
