Cocoa Fudge Sauce
Serve this deliciously easy, homemade cocoa fudge sauce over ice cream, cake or as desired.
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup heavy cream
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugars, cocoa and salt, whisking until blended.
- Gradually add cream. Simmer until mixture is smooth and sugars dissolve, about 3 minutes.
Makes about 2 cups.
