Try this zesty lime butter with grilled corn on the cob, or grilled or steamed fresh asparagus or broccoli.
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, beat together all ingredients until well blended.
Makes 1/2 cup.
