Brown Rice + PumpkinWith pumpkin added to wholesome brown rice, the results are a nutritious, deliciously creamy, risotto-like rice.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked regular or parboiled rice
1/2 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin

Cooking Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions adding pumpkin to the cooking water or broth.

Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
