Quick Green Bean Casserole
This terrific recipe for Quick Green Bean Casserole was submitted by Faydell Lich of San Antonio, Texas USA.
2 (16-ounce) cans green beans, drained
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup (2-ounces) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
- Place beans in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine soup and milk, stir until smooth. Pour over beans, sprinkle with grated cheese, then sprinkle chopped onion. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
