Spinach Mushroom Casserole
Impress your dinner guests with this easy spinach casserole, a wonderful accompaniment with roast pork and ham.
2 (12-ounce) packages frozen spinach soufflé, defrosted according to package directions
2 tablespoons butter
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (150°C).
- Melt butter in small skillet; add mushrooms and onion. Cook until golden brown. Combine spinach soufflé, mushrooms and onion in 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
