Cheese Vegetable Wraps
Thin strips of zucchini and sweet red pepper are wrapped in thin slices of asiago and provolone cheeses.
4 ounces thinly sliced Wisconsin Asiago cheese
8 ounces thinly sliced Wisconsin Provolone cheese
Sweet red pepper strips
- Wrap Asiago and Provolone slices around vegetable strips.
- Arrange wrapped vegetables on serving platter
Makes 12 servings.
