Chutney Shrimp Spread
Whether for the football playoffs or a brunch with your friends, this shrimp spread is sure to impress. Reduce the calories by using lowfat or fat-free cream cheese and sour cream.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Apple Curry Chutney
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
8 ounces medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and finely chopped
- Beat cream cheese, chutney, sour cream, curry powder and garlic in small mixer bowl until blended. Stir in shrimp.
- Transfer dip to serving dish. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
