Ham Pistacho Roll-Ups
This simple appetizer makes a delicious finger food for your next party.
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup natural California pistachios, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons blue cheese
Generous dash bottled hot pepper sauce
6 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham
- Combine cream cheese, pistachios, blue cheese and hot sauce; blend well.
- Separate ham slices; spread filling thinly on each ham slice, spreading almost to edges.
- Roll up jelly-roll fashion; cut each roll into 5 pieces (approximately 3/4 to 1-inch each).
Makes approximately 35 appetizers.
