Toss some popcorn with traditional southwestern seasonings and some teeny-tiny diced cubes of Monterey Jack cheese and defeat those munchies -- Tex-Mex style.
2 quarts popcorn popped in vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Keep popped popcorn warm.
- Mix seasonings together and toss with popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.
