Hot or Cold Tomato Cocktail
Serve this savory drink hot or cold. It goes well for any brunch buffet.
1 (46-ounce) can tomato juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Snipped chives, if desired
- For Hot Variation: Heat all ingredients, except chives, in medium-sized saucepan over low heat just until hot.
- To serve, pour into mugs and garnish with a sprinkle of chives.
- For Chilled Variation: Stir all ingredients together except chives, chill until serving.
- To serve, pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of chives.
Makes 12 servings.
