This delicious blend of mangoes, mango nectar and coconut milk makes a great meal on the go.
Recipe Ingredients:3 cups chopped mango, (fresh, jarred or frozen)
1 cup mango nectar
2/3 cup coconut milk or whole milk
2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes, (if frozen mangoes are not used)
- Place mango, nectar, coconut milk, lime juice and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
