Honey Chocolate Glaze

No recipe image available.An easy, ganache-like honey-sweetened chocolate glaze for cakes, cupcakes and more. Naturally delicious!

Recipe Ingredients:

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place chocolate in food processor fitted with a blade attachment and pulse until chocolate reaches a coarse sand consistency.
  2. Heat the whipping cream over low heat, being careful not to boil. Add to food processor while still running, then add honey.
  3. Allow glaze to sit for 5 minutes to thicken a little before using.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups glaze.
