Honey Cream Cheese Icing
This simple, naturally honey-sweetened cream cheese icing, is ideal for apple, carrot and date nut cakes, quick breads and much more.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup honey
Pinch of salt
- Whip ingredients together until smooth.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups icing.
