Beer-Basted Asian Chicken
The Asian-inspired marinade consisting of beer, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, fresh cilantro, fresh ginger, garlic and sesame oil give this oven-roasted chicken juicy tenderness and outstanding flavor. Remember this delicious marinade for other methods of cooking chicken such as on the grill or rotisserie.
