Creamy Italian Chicken & Orzo Skillet
Try this easy recipe for a quick and tasty dish that's sure to please.
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 (10-ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups hot cooked orzo pasta
- Cook chicken and zucchini in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is done
- Add Cooking Creme and tomatoes; cook and stir 2 minutes
- Serve over pasta.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: Substitute 2 cups frozen cut green beans for the zucchini.
