Skillet Grilled Apple-Raspberry Chicken
This easy recipe for pan-grilled chicken breasts starts with a fruit juice and soy sauce marinade. Put the chicken in the marinade early in the day, or the night before, and they'll be ready to pan-grill for supper—and ready to eat in just 10 minutes cooking time!
1 cup Apple Raspberry NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® All Natural 100% Juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 (about 1 1/4 pounds total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine juice, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger and pepper in medium bowl; add chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Heat oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook on one side for 5 minutes or until golden. Turn over; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
