Super Easy Mocha Iced Chocolate Chip Cookies
A simple mocha icing puts another dimension on the chocolate chip cookie.
1 (18-ounce) package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Brownie Bar Dough
1 teaspoon TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
- Bake cookies according to package directions; cool completely.
- Combine instant coffee and vanilla extract in small bowl.
- Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar, cocoa and coffee-vanilla mixture until well blended.
- Spread cookies with frosting. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
Makes 20 cookies.
