Apple Pudding In a Hurry
Canned apple pie filling puts the quick and easy into this simple, yet tasty baked apple pudding.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in a lightly greased 9x9x2-inch square baking pan for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C).
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
