Quick Mexican Pepperoni and Black Bean Pizza

Quick Mexican Pepperoni and Black Bean PizzaHungry but short on time? Nothing could be faster than this quick Mexican version of everyone's favorite.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup black beans, drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread salsa evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle pepperoni and beans evenly over Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Makes 4 (2 slice) servings.
